Following 24 months in a Weller barrel, our collaboration with Omnipollo returns. Following its time in oak, we added banana, peanut, chocolate sandwich cookies, Madagascar vanilla, and lactose. Pouring pitch black with a deep nose of crushed chocolate covered peanuts and split vanilla beans, we get chocolate forward flavors laced with bourbon glazed peanuts, banana frosting, chocolate cookie wafers, and dollops of marshmallow fluff packed into a velvet-like texture with wisps of boozy vanilla barrel heat that helps balance out all of the adjuncts
